The task for this project was to develop a plan for a product launch on a new market. My team and I conducted a research to find a target region where Gogoro can have a real impact. The company is very successful in Taiwan, producing and selling smart electric scooters. We chose Shanghai as the people there adopt and embrace change – it is a hotbed of radical ideas, fashion and money for China. Also the clean energy movement in China supported this idea. Including company's business and marketing content, layout, design and social media presence, print materials and brochures which are available for downloads for the convenience of the customers. The challenge was to design a completely new product for a well-known existing brand and to come up with an integrated marketing communication plan for the new product. We wrote a brand story and persona profiling. One of the objectives was to deliver the message across mainstream marketing digital media channels. This is an online retail audit for Kiko Milano to better understand the online user and his/her behavior. The first part of the report deals with the external and internal influences for the Italian consumers. Why and how Italian user buy and how can we influence them, so they can stay on the website longer, convert -sign-up, buy and repeat the action. The product was still in developing face and the company needed a plan for launch and execution.
